Values Assessments
A values assessment can help a company or department of an organization determine if its values are aligned across all staff levels, associates, work teams, departments, locations, and regions. Alignment is necessary since the personal needs of employees / associates are important factors in the organization’s success. George Smith, CPF is trained and certified by the Richard Barrett and Associates Company to administer Individual (IVA) and Corporate (CVA) Values Assessments. These can then be used to drive the strategic planning process for an organization that wants to be Values Driven.
